Easy but important stretches for the sensitive hamstring which is right behind the knee and in the back of your upper legs. She does downward dog, seated floor bends and some other great positions which she doesn't name.
Don't hate her because she's a model. These moves strengthen arms (duh), wrists (!), core and abs. They're very advanced, just do as much as you can and maybe someday you'll be able to do the whole thing. She says don't worry if you fall over.
