of you may have heard me say this before but when I first decided to
take up yoga, I saw myself as an eighty-year-old woman, doing a
headstand in the middle of a room. Well, I' ve been standing on my head
for a number of years now and I have a few more birthdays left before I
turn eighty. I think it' s time to put some new pictures into the old
Viewmaster.
