Here are some notes on my preparation for teacher's training.
For the last week, I have been doing some sort of yoga every day. If not an outside class, then a class at home. I used to do yoga only a few times per week. Well, already I am seeing the results - not nessarily in my flexibility or endurance just yet - but in my general sense of well-being. I definitely feel calmer, more grounded, and more content.
Additionally, I came down with a cold last week. My nose was getting very stuffed up and often these things will last and last and turn into a lengthy sinus infection. I did stop swimming while I had my cold, but kept on doing the yoga. The cold went away in a few days and I feel much better now.
