Yoga for a flat tummy

Today I did my yoga after a long time. I walk regularly, and I had been meaning to supplement that with yoga for 30 minutes but somehow, could never squeeze in so much time in the morning. But today, I finally did it and I was amazed by how good yoga will be for my tummy. It uses many stomach crunches and abdominal movements. I am planning to make time from November onwards, and look forward to a flat tummy in time for the cool clothes of spring.
