I haven't been writing as much lately and frankly that's due to me taking a hiatus from yoga. I got so addicted to the Migun bed that instead of splitting my time between that and yoga I was focused just on Migun. It feels so good! However having realized that the optimal things to help my back are a combination of yoga and Migun. I have decided to start up my practice again. However I decided this during the worst Flu season ever. I have to admit I'm a bit of a hypocondriac and the thought of going to a small common yoga space with people who may be ill isn't thrilling me right now. Even though most yoga studios tell you to stay home when you are sick sometimes people are in the early stages and don't know it yet. At any rate I'm not risking it so I'll be doing yoga in my tiny bedroom.
