What's the best type of Yoga for runners?

I run a lot and I'm wondering what's the best yoga practice for me? Should I focus on a flow-based style or something slow like Yin Yoga?

Hatha yoga is your best form. It will prepare you through the practice of the breathing exercises with the yoga poses.. hatha yoga is the most well-known form of yoga; and many new forms are just built upon the hatha form.. Try this free yoga e-course for breathing exercises and yoga poses:
