What's the best type of Yoga for runners?

Posted by Gregory S. Healthy Living Professional

I run a lot and I'm wondering what's the best yoga practice for me? Should I focus on a flow-based style or something slow like Yin Yoga?

Hatha yoga is your best form. It will prepare you through the practice of the breathing exercises with the yoga poses.. hatha yoga is the most well-known form of yoga; and many new forms are just built upon the hatha form.. Try this free yoga e-course for breathing exercises and yoga poses: http://www.yoga-health-beauty-energy.com

Greg this would depend on your intentions for bringing yoga into your life.

I have a very robust answer in mind to offer you however Id' like it to spring from your purpose (rather than my projection). If you add that tot his thread I'll give you some direction.
