What posture are you working on at the moment?

The postures that I work on changes. Right now I am trying to open my chest area, so I am working on back bends and twists.

Anything for my hamstrings. I feel so absolutely cursed by my genes in this area (and not taking gymnastics growing up didn't help). I believe the main thing hampering my yoga practice going to a new level is my hamstrings. They may never fully loosen up, and I'll accept that...but I am still working on them. That and hip openers - I have been told it's all related.
