So its been a while and I have been on sabbatical from yoga.
My body has been angry but is currently grateful that I have decided to stretch those tiny muscles that are stagnant all day.
I must say that working out before work does wonders for the rest of the day. I get to stretch and do triangle poses to my hips content!
I am such a great advocate of yoga and believe that everyone should try it. You can only benefit and learn something new about your body, mind and thoughts. My next step will be getting my boyfriend to try it.
