I woke up extremely fluish this morning , a result of my being to close in proximity to my associate Audrey yesterday , who was hacking seriously. There is nothing like a MAHA experience to act as a positive mood shifter. Meeting Texans / Citizens of the World Barbara & Micheal H. today proved the charm. They were referred to me by their architect , Wilson F., the go-to-guy in Dallas for those who like their lifestyle "low key, quiet but comfortable", i.e. non-bling bling.

Barbara & Michael are building their second Dallas area home in Preston Hollow , on the same street as the mega-mansion of Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban. They were extremely calm & cool as they discussed their plans,which included a dedicated in-home yoga room.

And as I saw how passionate they were about the practice, it occurred to me that "The Dedicated Yoga Room" is now one of the ultimate LUXURIES. To be able to practice under the mentorship of your favorite teacher/s without the BAD MANNERS ( & yogic tests ) that are now becoming prevalent in burgeoning group classes.

I mentioned that we were supplying Antique French Oak flooring for another billionaire's yoga room in Malibu. They laughed & retorted "They must be "Nouveau". D'accord & point made.
