the Art of Living course!

hallo wondeful bewellers!

Wellness is not just about the body, as we all know! It's about taking care of the body, mind, and spirit. I took a wonderful workshop called the Art of Living course, that is now being offered through the Health Improvement Program at Stanford for faculty and staff. the course is really very beautiful, and teaches powerful breathing and meditation techniques that have really made an enormous impact in lowering my stress levels and making me generally happier!! I have experienced Art Of Living classes in Dubai, and they are really effective in teaching proper breathing exercises.
