Svaroopa Yoga - Magic Four

I alluded to the magic four pose sequence in my earlier post about rotated stomach pose. The magic four sequence is a series of four poses in Svaroopa yoga whose main purpose is to open up and release tension in the tailbone area.
The sequence is as follows1. Slow Motion Dive - Prasarita Padottanasana
2. Crooked Leg Pose - Janushirshasana
3. Lunge - Anjaneyasana
4. Rotated Stomach Pose - Jathara Parivrttanasana

I found demonstrations of all the poses in the Magic Four on Youtube. Sometimes it helps to see how a pose is done rather than to read how it is done.
