Strong Mind=Strong Body

Sometimes people forget that the focus of yoga is not physical exercise, strengthening, toning, or stretching, all of which are results of a persistent yoga practice, but rather that it is about achieving focused thoughts. It is about forgetting your busy life and taking a moment to look inward and listen to your body. When you are in a difficult pose focus your intention on breathing deeply and regularly and you will find that as a result you will achieve much more physical ease in the pose.
