Stress in the back of the legs

For some reason when I am stressed either emotionally or after straining myself through partying, I get painful legs. Anyone have any ideas why?

Valid Therapies. Nutrition is considered a valid therapy amoung others because of the results. I would increase you mineral intake overall and B-vitamins, C.
Try acupuncture. From an energetic perspective it sounds like you may have some chi blockages in your legs. According to Chinese medicine, we have meridians (energetic pathways) that carry chi throughout our bodies. These run through our legs, and negative chi can get stuck there. You might consider going to an acupuncturist who can get that stuck energy flowing again.
