start 2013 the right way: the serenity seasons podcasts

Hello everyone!  Just checking in to let you know of a new offering I have planned for the new year.  Don’t forget to register with my Fusion Blog for more info as well as lots of news in 2013.

I’m always thinking up new ways to spread the slow yoga message around the world – sprinkling a little serenity and fairy dust into everyday life. Call it my raison d’etre.

As the year approaches its end we might be starting to think about our goals, words and resolutions for 2013. And I’ve got to say, sometimes it’s hard sticking to those goals as the seasons seem to fly past faster and faster each year.

One of the best ways I have found of checking in on my goals and dreams and making myself accountable for living the life I want to live, as well as adding that all important dollop of serenity to my everyday, is getting on my yoga mat regularly.

The MP3 sequences and PDF workbooks will be released quarterly as follows:

  • 15 February 2013: Spring – unfurling
  • 15 May 2013: Summer – blossoming
  • 15 August 2013: Autumn – soothing
  • 15 November 2013: Winter – hibernating

When you sign up for the series you will receive an introductory workbook containing hints and tips on maintaining a home practice, penning a practice journal and creating your dreams.

Each quarter you will receive:

  • A 45 minute yoga sequence (as an MP3 and fully illustrated PDF)
  • An introduction to the seasons from an ayurvedic persepective
  • Journal prompts and things to think about to help make your goals a reality
  • A discount on one-to-one mentoring with me to delve deeper into your practice and long -term goals.

This course is for you if:

  • You have practiced yoga (with me or another teacher, or just at home) in the past but would like to begin to create a regular home practice.
  • You are ready to commit to living your yoga on and off the mat and making your 2013 goals a reality.
  • You want to bring a big spoonful of serenity into your year.

This course is not for you if:

  • You have never practised yoga before – but don’t worry I’m working on something for you brand new beginners so keep your eyes peeled.
