Coming back home from the vacation trip I haven't really gotten back to my daily routine and it drains my energy. Since there is a low pressure weather system over us in Stockholm this week I focus on being inside finishing my yin yoga teacher training paper to get my little degree and meditating and coming back to my yoga routine.
I spend much time with my new BF and it's interesting to see how both our precognitions about how we are in a relationship are being transformed by the very loving feeling between us. Defenses are dropping and we come to rest and trust with each other. He's a very active person and I'm calmer, more meditative type, we seam to balance each other, or should I say inspire each other with a different energy. I did a couples atrologymatch on line and we did not have one single negative aspect between us, is that good or bad or maybe it just is...?
Next week the weather forecast is promising sun so we are planning on going out into the archipelago - our one-hour-from-the-city-untouched-wilderness-beauty.
Today my body needs the kundalini yoga chakra routine to boost energy and soft whole body back and front bends.
