The LA Times Calendar Live ran a great pre-Grammy interview conducted by Robert Hillburn with music producer extraordinaire and meditator Rick Rubin. He has worked with some of my favorites : the Red Hot Chili Peppers , the Beastie Boys, U2, Krishna Das & Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan.

Jivamukti Yogi Russell Simmons & Rick Rubin were also involved in the original start-up of Def Jam Records.
