Finally today I did ashtanga. Just a modest practice of one hour at home but still a good practice. Going to Mysore practice has taught me to go slower and really get into the asana before counting. My body then has time to settle in and not go into a struggle. I was a bit shaky but flexible. I want to get more strength back before going back to morning Mysore. Tomorrow another one hour practice and then a morning walk to walk.
While my body is often struggling and falling into colds often my mind is developing, or rather letting go of ignorance. I'm so much more accepting and choosing a loving way to sovle issues. I'm more loving towards myself too. I find myself often in the observing mode without judgement. I observe the body when it's resisting, just accepting, observing, being and moving on mode. Yin yoga has helped me so much with my attitude. I'm peaceful.
