In this video, I teaches a simple breath technique that partners arm angles and breath of fire to tune up the frontal lobe.

Quality Note: Even though the microphone didn’t work properly and the video stopped due to the iPhone memory being full…this video still offers up a great breath technique to try! Add a round of the long time sun and long saaaaat naaaam at the end to complete the practice. :)
