I have done yoga once a week or once per month for years. But only recently have I begun to do it on a daily basis. I really can say that my stress levels have never been lower. My body feels relaxed, my mind feels chilled, and I feel that I have so much more energy.
I wish I could get myself into a routine that would allow me to be dedicated to my yoga practice. I just re-committed myself to doing yoga on a regular basis, and I'm trying for three times a week. So many people think you shouldn't do strenuous exercise every day, but I keep feeling the more often I do yoga, the healthier I feel - I'm inspired to hear that a daily routine is not only feasible but also totally worth it.
