I’m sort of running behind this ...

I’m sort of running behind this week, and it’s only Monday! This week, I am going to get my questions lined up to interview Kristen at Green Style Mom and Shannon over at The Cole Mine . I’ve been putting this off a bit, because it’s going to take brainpower to sound smart and ask good questions. We’ll see if that turns out…

I am also working with Heather at Girly Blog Designz to create a new look for my blog. This will require a transfer to Word Press but I’m excited to have a “look” for my blog. I hope you will enjoy it, too!

Also coming up is some talk about Green Yoga, which is a great organization and concept that I’m hoping to incorporate into my teaching. Working with this group will be a great way for me to integrate environmental activism with volunteering. I’m thinking of all sorts of ways to get the community here in Rome to participate with me… stay tuned!

Of course, there will be some talk about nourishment! I’ve started cooking again and last night I made one of my favorite recipes that I will be sharing with everyone!

I’ve been thinking a lot about what, exactly, I am doing here in the blogosphere. This week I hope to unveil the Everyday Yogini manifesto, which I hope will inspire you to think about how you bring mindfullness and Yoga into your daily life. Especially as the holidays loom large, being clear about priorities helps us maintain our balance and equanimity.

My daughter is starting a local Italian preschool this week, which is exciting and heartbreaking. You will be hearing more…

And, very exciting, is a Blog Carnival that will be hosted by the above-mentioned Kristen! It will be on Birth Stories, and I am thrilled to finally get a chance to write down the story of Clara’s birth.

I am also revving up to present you with a Yoga Sequence for stress-relief. Again, as the holidays quickly approach, everyone needs some strategies for peace and calm. I hope this offering gives you another tool to battle the tensions of the end of the year madness!!

Namaste, Yoginis!
