how to start an early morning yoga session,emty stomach or drink atleast a glass of warm water

Either of these can be "okay". It's a very good idea to start hydration upon waking as the body has been fasting for 7-8 hours. For some people doing some practices in some ways it may be better to practice on an empty stomach. In my personal experience light eating doesn't interfere with my asana or pranayama practice.
