Hatha yoga class happened and we ended up working a lot on opening the hips. I feel sore now in the hip area. I also walked back and forth to yoga class so this also adds to it.
Waiting to see what will happen in my mind after this on this area. I was earlier writing about standing up for myself. I guess it has a lot to do with the hip area. Grounding myself, finding power and flexibility.
