Here's an excerpt from his blog as part of our theme on " Here Comes the Sun " :
This year is coming to an end. Tomorrow we'll wake up to 2007. Some with a smashing headache, others with plenty of aspirations for the New Year to come! Personally I don't have any aspirations, but feel very blessed for this life that is and will continue to embrace it in the best way I can. It's not the big radical changes that shape our lives, but rather how we are able to come clear of each moment with gratitude of heart for this wonderful gift of life, then look after the small details and allow the natural wonders to unfold in its own time, free from the suffering we cause on ourselves, believing we are short of anything.
But they say Sun-salutations are really good for the awakening of the inner spirit. So may you have plenty of them in the year to come, and may Yoga continue to inspire your lives. And not to forget, may all of you continue to contribute to the awakening of Yoga within Asia. A few sun-salutations a day can create great miracles indeed!
