Not being able to do any chaturanga or downward dog because the pain in my chest muscles, half the practice is gone. No real Suryanamaskaras to warm up and no vinyasas to keep the body warm during practice. I focused on doing all the asanas in primary though after some other warming up movements. I'm happy to discover that the muscles in my hips and abdominals are stronger. Now my legs are being able to be higher up than before in Utthita Hasta Pandangusthasana D.
My balance was almost all good today but the lack of keeping up the internal heat with vinyasa made me stiffer and had some trouble with not enough flexibility.
I'm happy and grateful for Patanjali inspiring me in my practice today, for getting going and to have a soft mental state wish helped to stay in a flow and not be in struggle mode. So much of the resistance is in the mind. Softening the thoughts helped so much and made practice to be like prayer in the the bodytemple.
