Day two was much better than day one, because this is where the little pieces came together and we got to see a thorough demonstration of Shiva's flow sequencing theory. Shiva is brilliant brilliant brilliant - but I'm still wondering if this training is a bit too "advanced" for me in some ways. Part of me wants to really dive into basics, the nitty gritty of an individual asana, and the ideal way to go into it, more like how they might in Iyengar, but not so rigid. This is not something Shiva teaches, she has a different style. But what she teaches can be quite mindblowing, especially to people from more traditional backgrounds.
