1. Lie face down on a firm, flat surface. Use a yoga mat, or a towel, or even a blanket to lie down on.
2. Keep the left hand palm down on the floor, and rest the right hand on it, also palm down.
3. Now, turn your head either to the right or to the left, and rest the cheek on the back of the right hand.
4. Now shut your eyes and your mouth. Breathe slowly through the nose and feel the motion of your chest as you inhale and exhale.
5. You can remain like this for ten minutes or so.
