I tried out acroyoga today. Wow, it was super nice. Once you got over the initial fear of falling and finding the balance and trust in yourself and your partner it was like weightlessness, like flying. I have to do this again. Next time I will see if I can get a stronger partner somone that I can go on as long as I wanted to. It's quite a practice for the one laying down, especially on the legs but also arms.

After the yoga I had a long sauna. Now I feel so relaxed and refreshed.
