Workplace Health Community - People

I like doing exercise with music and have fun during the workout. I enjoy gourmet food. So I need more exercise. The only problem is not having regular time to commit my plan.

Don't get me wrong... I love getting margaritas and nachos after work just like everyone else. But, eventually, it all catches up to you and I'm not buying my expensive jeans in a bigger size. So, alas, I've been trying to make better choices and live a lot more healthier lately....
