The lymph nodes in your body are part of the immune system, and can get inflamed and swollen if they're "working overtime" fighting an infection. This tends to be particularly true for people with chronic fatigue syndrome or a history of mononucleosis. (I'm both!) But you probably want to check in with your doctor and make sure that the infection hasn't traveled or that there isn't some more serious issue, and that whatever you're feeling is in fact just an inflamed lymph node.
