Make a Commitment to Your Employee Wellness Program

Do not start an employee wellness program just so that you can say that you have one.   Have a definite purpose.   Be decisive; decide what you are going to do, what you are going to stop doing, how you are going to do it, and why you think that it is important.  

Decide that wellness is going to be your company’s competitive advantage and make wellness a priority.   Create a wellness committee, assess your needs, and develop a budget to increase your chances of success.   Commit to doing whatever it takes to have the healthiest workforce that you possibly can.
