FREE HEALTH CHECKS AT
30 DAYS OF HEALTH & WELLBEING LAUNCH
Do your body and your business a favour on Friday May 28 and get down to Bondi Beach for a free health check as well as up-to-the-minute health and wellbeing advice to celebrate the launch of ACP Magazines’ 30 Days of Health & Wellbeing and Corporate Wellness Australia (formerly Lifestyles Corporate Wellness.)
“30 Days of Health & Wellbeing is an exciting initiative to promote the importance of health awareness and physical and emotional wellbeing. We are encouraging people to take better care of themselves so will launch our campaign this year by offering free health and wellbeing check-ups and advice,” said Deborah Thomas, 30 Days brand champion.
The health checks will take place outside Nick’s Bondi Beach Pavilion from 7am through to 10am on Friday May 28 to launch 30 Days of Health & Wellbeing’s month-long calendar of events – taking place throughout June – designed to focus attention on the benefits of living a healthy lifestyle. Corporate Wellness Australia is an active partner throughout this great event.
These professional health checks will include fitness assessments, flexibility and posture analysis, body mass and girth measurements, blood sugar, glucose and cholesterol tests as well as blood pressure analysis.
The face of 30 Days of Health & Wellbeing, Giaan Rooney will attend as well as a host of celebrities who will take part in a mini challenge on the beach for a live Today Show weather cross.
More than 80 health and wellbeing events will run across the month of June, with diet and food, weight loss, holistic health, wellbeing, beauty and exercise, the main topics of focus.
