Fewer Employees Are Satisfied With How Their Employers Help With Life-Work Balance

T he American Psychological Association found that most Americans score a stress level of 4 to 7 on a scale of 1 to 10. This “moderate” level of stress is similar to scores from last year but there is more dissatisfaction with how employers provide balance between work and non-work.

The leading causes of stress are money, work, and the economy although job stability is being blamed more often.
