Employee Wellness Programs Need Clear Objectives

S tarting an employee wellness program is similar to implementing any new policy or procedure in the workplace. It is necessary to determine your goals and the methods that you will use to achieve those goals. Be clear. The more specific you are, the more likely you are to achieve your desired outcomes.

Make sure that your goals can be measured objectively and include short and long term goals, as well as deadlines so that you can manage and evaluate progress. All of these aspects of goal setting should provide a challenge but still be achievable to provide inspiration without frustration.
