yellow foul smelling discharge after period now have vey light flow of dark brown discharge no smell

 Had very strong foul smelling yellow discharge after period fishy smell took metrodezol for 5 days odor and discharge went away now have dark brown very small amount of discharge what is this? Could it be cancer?
