Worried about some lower abdominal cramping and lack of menstrual period.

I'm experiencing lower abdominal cramping and have been for a few days. I'm almost two weeks late for my period, and also have some brown discharge. I've taken six (SIX!) at home pregnancy tests according to the directions, and they've all come out NEGATIVE. I'm still worried that something is wrong. Pregnant? Cyst? Something else terrible? Thanks.
