Woman's Doc: Endometrial Cancer & Obesity

There have been a whole slew of articles in the last week or so on the connection between endometrial cancer and obesity---- this report from WBAL in Baltimore is short and to the point. One concern, however, is that the author of the article is suggesting progestin as a way to thin the uterine lining, progestin is a synthetic hormone----not the same as progesterone.
