why do i have a burning sensation in my vagina

i have regular periods no itching and iv had this for months now and it hasn't improved im 22yrs old i know it can't be an std as i haven't had sex since i lost my virginity a few years ago i was told i might have a yeast infection so i took fluconazole 13 200mg tablets to help however it hasn't so im really stuck!
