Why do I experience vaginal burning only during sexual intercourse?

Posted by irose012

I experience painful burning inside my vagina only during intercourse. It is not painful to urinate and I do not experience any pelvic discomfort in my everyday life. I do not have any STD's and I have not been alerted of any vaginal infections. This problem has been ongoing for about 8 months. I need help! It hurts to have so sex and it's becoming difficult to enjoy this experience with my partner.

What can be the cause of this? And I how can I be treated?
