What problems may I face with an artificial hip and PG??

 I am currently undergoing the stages prior to a Total hip replacement in 6 weeks. d/t 2 fx post MVA.  I know I need to wait 1 yr post op to think about becoming PG.  What problems may I face with an artificial hip and PG??  along with do I need to worry a specific need for C-section in my birth plan?  I am a RN student and think I know a bit to much for my own good right now.  Any ideas to head me down the correct path?   Thanks
