what do i do about burning sensation in ears and hives?

i have had burning senation and random out brakes of hive on my chest for about 4 months now and i dont know what it is or what to do about it?is it seriouse????im 19 yr old female and i dont take any medications, and even some times i get anxiety but i just relax then it goes away.
