what could it be soreness to touch all over my body,pain underneath left rib ,dizzyness?

i get a pain underneath my left rib almost on the side of my stomach and get dizzy at times..then if i touch my legs arms especially my chest area it is so sore it feels like i have black and blues all over.with all these different kids of symptoms i have no ides what it could be..i did have my gallbladder out 15yrs ago so it can't be my gallbladder.i am now 35 yrs old,have had 3 children.
