What could cause low protein count, low iron levels, and low hematocrit and hemoglobin?

35 year old female with history of fatigue, intestinal cramping, diarrhea and rapid weight loss over the past couple months. She reports a fundoplication, 3 monts ago, with a normal recovery. Looking for preliminary diagnosis? What conditions need to be ruled out? Based on patient history and blood test, futher diagnostic testing is indicated. What would be the next action? What are the treatment options foi this patient? Waht are the long term implications?

Test for B12 - in particular Pernisious Anemia.  Test for active B12
