I often get anxious & am currently under more stress than usual & have been feeling a little disconnected for the last few weeks. I kind of feel like I'm losing track of time, but I think that's just because I'm not DOING anything with my time. I have been excercising to let out the anxious energy & have been trying to stay busy & positive. Today in the afternoon I got a slight tingling feeling in my cheeks that has lasted about the last hour. I tend to think any little thing that happens could be the worst so I would just like some opinions for peace of mind. Please let me know if this sounds like anything serious, thank you.
