What are common causes for swollen lymph nodes in the groin for a 30 year old women/

Ive noticed a swollen area around the vulva and am worried that it might be a swollen gland.  Its sore when I walk, I also have been having mild night sweats on occasion(not soaking).  Could this be cancer or am I over reacting?  I feel great otherwise.
