Late Breakfast: 1/2 cup coffee with fat free creamer 2 mini chocolate donuts
Lunch: Hot dog on a roll, with onions, mustard, cheese 3 Doritos
Afternoon snack: Fat free blueberry yogurt, with strawberries and fresh cherries mixed in 1/2 cup milk
Dinner: Cheeseburger (small one, homemade) on roll, with cheese, onions, ketchup 5-6 Doritos
After dinner/before work snack: 1/2 cup coffee with fat free creamer 1 mini chocolate donut
Late night snack at work: ?????????? -- probably more fruit and yogurt. I'm in a mood for it today. Edited to add: late night snack -- chili with a few Doritos. Darn, I was really in a Dorito mood today! Must be my PMS need for salt. I'm going to pay for the chili later, I'm sure.
