Small red vaginal bump that itches

I have one small bump that itches only when you touch it.  There is no pain associated with it and its located on the left skin flap on the inner side.  I do shave my genital area daily with a normal razor and have been doin this for years.  I am worried.  I was tested for all STDs about six months ago and was clean and Ive only been with the same person since.  help.
