Should I have another laparoscopy?

Hello. My health concern is regarding my menstrual cycle. My periods have been extrodinarily heavy since I stopped my OCP six months ago. Large clots, estimated 12 grams of blood every 2 hours for three hours (less while sleeping), heavy cramps and fatigue. This month I am having severe pain in my right ovary. I have had burst cycts on my ovaries in the past and have endometriosis. Do you think I need to talk to my OB/GYN about having another laparoscopy at this point?
