I am having sudden, sharp pains in my lower right abdomen. It is not constant, just very sharp and sudden. It has been like this since about 8:30am this morning. I have not had any spotting or cramping. Slight fever is all. It comes on for about 30 minutes off and on then stops for about 40 minutes and starts again on and off. Do you happen to know what is going on?
