Since my tubal ligation I seem to have very little clitoral or vaginal arousal. It seems to build to a certain point & then BAM...nothing. It is very frustrationg. Can anyone help me with this??? Is there something I can do?? My husband & I have tried arousal creams & all sorts of fun things, but to no avail. Help!!
