Salt Lake Tribune: "Curing the Colic Myth"

Posted Oct 18 2008 4:11pm

This is a very interesting article from the Salt Lake Tribune about a whole health approach to colic, which includes making sure the family sees a pedicatrician and a mental health specialist (for the parents).   My son had colic and he cried for 4 months.  I was told I just had to wait it out, and it was a nightmare.  I'm glad the doctors cited in this article recognize this can lead some new moms to postpartum depression, and I really like the approach these people take to helping parents cope with the problem.
